GanthiyaIngredients:

4 cups Besan
1 cup oil
1 cup water
Salt to taste
Hing(Asafoetida)
Ajwain(Carom Powder)

Method:

Mix water and oil, knead it properly till it thickens well. Add Besan(Gram Flour), Ajwain, hing and prepare a soft batter. Put the mix in Sev and fry Ganthiya in heated oil on fast flame.
